- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very simple pricing system. Lessons are here in Bend at my studio for a monthly fee. Lessons last a half hour once per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Comfortable atmosphere is of utmost importance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education through the COCC music program and private study. Successful student guild participation for 9 years and 20 years of experience is an education in itself!
