I was having issues with pop ups every time I used my Internet browser. Mike was able to help my situation by linking our computers together in safe mode and showed me virus detecting programs to download. He made sure all scan were fully completed and showed me how to do the scans myself for future need. He is highly knowledgeable and a great communicator. I will highly recommend to anyone!
