I've smoked most of my life with an 11-year break, but went back to it, smoking 3-4 cigarettes a day. No matter what I tried; cold quit, counseling, patches, gum; I could not stop. I was stubbornly handing onto a bit of the old me. Smoking was cutting off communication from other people. I saw Rosemarie about quitting cigarettes and wellness imagery 10 times, and I am happy to say that I am completely free of the drug lord "Nicotine". I don't even think about cigarettes anymore. Rosemarie is an incredibly gifted person who has the ability to talk to you, and find just the right words to use in hypnotherapy; personally designed to fit your personality. Her office is safe and comfortable, and I found it easy to relax and let Rosemarie help me. I haven't gained any weight, and in fact, I've started on a road to better health, by eating better and exercising, because I now have so much more energy than I did.
