- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are working with new customers we like to know what kind of clean they are looking for. We offer one time standard/deep cleans, move in/out cleans, and reoccurring cleans. We also like to know when and how often they would like the cleaning done. If possible we like to meet with the client before so we can give a better estimate for the services they need!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to customers looking to hire a cleaning company is to find a company that is honest, and can accommodate all your needs. Talk with the company before hiring so you can talk about the details of your cleaning needs and go over pricing.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Clients should think of what type of clean they need or want and how often they want the services for.
