I love my coach!!! John is the best, strong knowledge about how to help your body and yourself achieve your goal and never ever gives up on you, always pushes you to do your best while keeping everything safe and under control. He’s incredibly motivating, always there when you struggle, and makes sure you improve step by step without risking injury. Training with him is tough, but in the best possible way, because you know every session brings real progress. Thank you John for everything :)

Johnathan is the best personal trainer I've worked with. We have been training together for multiple years now and I am in the best shape of my life. When we started, I was out of shape and overweight after over a year of neglecting physical exercise and diet. He not only listens and plans around my fitness/work lifestyle, but we work together to continue evolving our sessions to target where I want to break through. I was motivated by his diligence at recording my progress and his calm professional manner. He was always able to work out a schedule where we could train in person without impacting my work, while still sticking to a consistent 3 day schedule of serious workouts that incorporated flexibility and balance with strength and resistance training. He also was great at telesessions when I had to travel for work and could only use whatever gym was available where I was staying. Soon I was pushing my limits of endurance and strength safely without unrealistic expectations or overpromising any results, and always with sustainability in mind in the form of flexibility and workout frequency. I love the shape that I am in and the unhealthy habits he helped me move past. Johnathan is well-versed in physiology, nutrition, and he practices what he preaches. He could identify the muscles I was overcompensating and the areas where my body was carrying tension, and target them with specific stretches and weight lifting technique. He is open minded when it comes to exercise, diet, and overall well-being, and goes out of his way to research new ideas and challenge accepted narratives around physical training. Johnathan truly cares about making everyone in his life a fitter, healthier person, if they are ready for it, and it shows. I am always in awe of his ingenuity of how he can take any gym (hotel, garage, etc) and create a proper targeted workout using whatever is around. He feels like a real partner who always was patient with me and positive and genuinely cared about my results. Definitely recommend to anyone serious about forming positive habits and making lifelong changes. Thanks Johnathan!

Johnathan is excellent and really took the time to help me. He brought a lot of awareness about my health and physical wellbeing that was never discussed to me by my doctor, physical therapist, and chiropractor. I enjoy working with Johnathan and I love his passion for Physical Health.

Johnathan is an excellent trainer. At the age of 29,(oct 2018), I became diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and unfortunately, being in so much pain, food became my coping mechanism for 6yrs. Realizing I needed to make a change, I needed a trainer who could not only help me with the proper technique but also help with nutrition balance and Johnathan was just the person I needed! I went from 145-131 in a month, making my risk for diabetes also become obsolete! I had been working with Johnathan for a month and I’ve already made great progress! What I thought would be a tedious and daunting task actually became more fun and enjoyable! Johnathan, thank you so much for helping me feel like I got my life back and feeling so much better, not just for myself, but also for my family.
