What I really like about having Johnathan as my personal trainer is the quality of his sessions. He encourages me to push through the exercises when he knows I’m capable, but understanding and flexible when it comes to exercises that may affect my lower back. He’s also helping me keep track of my eating habits and develop the healthiest nutrition balance for me. Initially I started out 1x per week with him at 120 lbs, but after considering his advice and increasing my sessions to 3x per week, that’s when I noticed the weight loss and muscle tones that I was searching for. Currently weigh 115lbs, mainly consisting of muscle mass than body fat. Thanks for your hard work and patience in being my trainer!

J is a great trainer. I’m currently in the best shape of my life. J is always responsive flexible knowledgeable and ambitious along with me and my goals. he is available on site and remotely. I have done both and they’re always effective workouts. Very high value for price.

Jonathan has the perfect home setup with all the equipment I would ever need at a gym. He is very knowledgeable in his technique and allowed for flexibility in doing what I love personally, which is cardio circuit training combined with strength training. You never get bored with Jonathan and you definitely feel the burn in the places that are working hard to see results!

I have been working with Johnathon for exactly 1 month now. After our first session, he told me “we are partners from now on” and I have felt supported, encouraged and believed in ever since. When we first started I did a physical abilities assessment, he took my measurements and asked about my eating habits. I’ve always felt I had a good grasp on nutrition and eating whole, balanced meals but I had no idea how detrimental I was actually eating for my fitness journey. Johnathon helped me to tailor my food intake specifically for my body and my goals. At the end of just 1 month, I had literally doubled my abilities in the physical assessment. I have never felt as confident as I do now not only because I have lost weight, but because I’ve gotten so much stronger physically and have mended my relationship with food. Johnathon checks in daily, asking about my workout, my food intake and my general well-being. He holds me accountable and I couldn’t be more grateful for crossing paths with this trainer.

    One on One Personal Training Sessions: $65/hr Two on One Personal Training Sessions: $80/hr One on One Virtual Training Sessions: $60/hr Two on One Virtual Training Sessions: $75/hr

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Free first day assessment that comes with circumference measurement, fitness tests, and body fat % calculation. I analyze your limiting factors, flexibility, strength, and abilities. I provide you with a food log to complete so that we can effectively work on your nutrition! After the consultation I will take a day to design a fitness program to fit your specific needs. Then the work to achieve your goals begins!
