Hi, I'm Jason - Personal Trainer and owner of Tramell Fitness. I've been a trainer for over 19 years. I specialize in weight loss, training athletes, strength training and core training. I offer in-home training with my equipment throughout the Portland Metro area. If you prefer online personal training I can train you online with your equipment on ZOOM, SKYPE, FACEBOOK OR FACETIME. I'm also AFAA certified. All trained sessions are nonrefundable once you sign a trainers agreement form signed by both of us. Being self employed and making my own hours. Helping people reach their goals and sticking with it until they do.

SInce working with Jason I have lost over 20lbs I no longer have to take my blood pressure medicine and my last checkup says all my blood work was great. I have tons more energy and I am a lot stronger. He is a miracle worker. I was at a point in my weight loss mission where I could no longer lose any weight and he has helped me in so many ways. If you are looking for a personal trainer he is great. Always on time, friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable in his work.

Great trainer that really knows what he's doing especially when it comes to heavy lifting. When I first started last summer with him, I could see a noticeable difference (Esp my arms) in muscle definition within a month. Offered advice on diet and other exercises to work on throughout the week. He also offers a great price for personal training and isn't flakey on the sessions. An all around awesome and reliable trainer.

Before signing up with Jason, I had never worked with a personal trainer before. I didn’t really know what to expect and was a little apprehensive and nervous. All that went away during my first work out with Jason. After that first workout I signed up for 5 more right on the spot. Jason was knowledgeable, patient, friendly and encouraging. He always arrived right on time--the one time he was late due to stopped traffic, he contacted me early, and kept me informed on his ETA; which was only 10-15 minutes late. I would heartily recommend Jason and will be using him again.

I was looking for a personal trainer that would show up on my doorstep whether I liked it or not. When I told my husband that I contacted Jason through Thumbtack, he decided that he also wanted to work out and we made it a couples session. We had 70 sessions with Jason scheduled at 6:00 on Mondays and 7:00 am on Saturdays for about a year. We live in east Multnomah County so it was a drive for Jason. I don't remember him ever being late and, in fact, was most often waiting in front of the house 10 minutes early. I am definitely not a morning person, but this did not scare Jason away. Although my husband was in better shape than I was, Jason was able to tailor our own workouts to make them challenging and effective. I have become stronger and more active. We plan to resume our sessions in the Fall.
