Jae spoke to me with focused empathy, patience and a level of respect deeper than I have ever found in the yoga or fitness industry. He took little time in acquiring a great deal of detail about what could make me happy- details he uses to create a fitness plan with the utmost care and wisdom. Jae is intelligent and well-versed in how to look amazing physically but he chooses spiritually-based creativity to make you whole again. I have trained with experts all over the United States but Jae is the only professional with whom I trust completely as both Mentor and Trainer.
I am new to Yoga; I have never practiced Yoga, and did not understand its profound impact. With a leap of faith I jumped into a daily practice with a Yoga studio in Cambridge MA, and with Alissa at my work. Alissaâs teaching style is a breath of fresh air, it is nurturing, encouraging, light hearted, technically knowledgeable, creative, and spiritual; this from my short experience is not always the case. When struggling she would help, when flowing she offered up encouragement, Alissa was in tuned to the class. I looked forward to every single class with great anticipation and joy. I am quite sad to see her go, my life and practice will be a little less rich. The people in Portland are gaining a great teacher and person, I wish her well.
Freedom is a terrific teacher, she's already got me able to do some advanced poses and moves even though I've only been going for a couple of months. I recommend her to everyone who wants to try yoga or already enjoys it.

When I met him I had been working with another massage therapist for over 15 years, but after talking with Jonathan at a social event, I decided to give his services a try. He has a fantastic approach to bodywork and is relentless about helping me work yoga and deep breathe into my daily life so that I can heal my body faster and build more strength and flexibility. Caitlin was terrific! She wants to know your needs before she starts her interview with you, so as to focus her interview totally on what you need and are looking for in nutritional help. Her recipes are quick and very easy, and are amazingly tasty! In just two hours she prepared seven dishes with detailed information on what each food item offers as nutritional properties, and explained just how to prepare each dish. She was lively and entertaining and very professional. I look forward to her next workshop!!
