We charge $45/hr per cleaner for maintenance cleaning and $50/hr per cleaner for deep cleans and moveouts. With a phone call we could give better specifics.

Very very happy with the experience with Graceworks! Eric was amazing to deal with, very easy to get a hold of and made sure of exactly what we wanted. The quote he provided was accurate and he made it easy to pay. Jennifer did an AMAZING job on our house. We had her do a move out cleaning and the whole house just sparkles! She was great to work with as well and had great communication! Very highly recommend them!

Eric was helpful and efficient in setting up the cleaning service. The service itself was excellent. She was very thorough; the floors sparkled, the carpets were well vacuumed, and all surfaces were cleaned and dusted. We plan to use the service on a regular basis.

I was very pleased with the young woman who cleaned my home. She was punctual, and listened attentively to my comments as we toured the house. Then she went to work immediately and stayed focused until she finished 2 1/2 hours later. Excellent!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, $45hr for one cleaner and $90/hr for two cleaners for maintenance cleanings. We usually book teams of 2 or 3 for locations over 2500 sq feet for regular maintenance cleaning. For move-out and deep cleans we charge $50 dollars an hour per cleaner size of home depends on time and how many cleaners are recommended.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to get the details of what they are looking for their cleaning, including specifics of their home - square footage, numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, if they have pets, what they would like cleaned, how often they would like the cleaning, previous experiences with cleaners, etc. Then we talk about the best days and times for cleaning and answer any other questions the client has. Then we have the cleaner call to confirm. When the cleaner arrives they do a walk through with the client. After the cleaning the cleaner does a walkthrough a the end to make sure the client is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We require background checks and train all of our cleaners as well as maintain ongoing cleaning classes through AHCA or Association for Residential Cleaning Services International.
