- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military and senior citizen discounts. We have a two hour minimum policy on all jobs, with travel fees for jobs outside of the Medford area. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will give you a phone call to touch base on a good start time and any other details needed to make your move go as smooth as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on the job training. We've all gathered experience throughout the many moves we've done. Not every house is the same, so not every solution applies to get the job done right.
