- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We generally work off of commission but reserve the option to charge a retainer for complex itineraries.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I conduct initial research based on input from the customer then provide a series of draft itineraries that narrow down the options. The process may take longer than a conventional walk in agency, but I like to provide as many options as possible to my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Travel Agent training, seminars, workshops, specialist training and cruise training.
