Update: Joel did finally contact me and apparently there was misinformation. He responded quickly and was at our house in 1 hour to give an estimate. He says he could start next week if we hire him, which is wonderful as most construction companies are very backed up. He was a very nice guy.
They were late contacting me and when they did, I gave them a wide range of hours to reach me with no response. If they do contact me and give an estimate and we hire them for the job, I'll update my review. As of yet, I'm over a week out and haven't been able to schedule an estimate. Our project is pretty urgent.

Joel and his team were great! They provide a great service at a reasonable price. He was also really flexible about working on my downtown Portland condo which brought its own set of challenges. Would absolutely recommend!
