Excellent service. Michael has a positive "can-do" attitude and is super knowledgeable. He was able to find a solution to my problem pretty quickly. We hit little snags along the way but tackled each of them. He was never discouraged which helped me maintain hope that all was not lost. Very easy to work with and made it all palatable. Ultimately I was able to save a ton of files that I was at risk of losing, and was able to restore my laptop to working condition. I would highly recommend Michael to others and I will certainly be keeping his card for future reference.

I have a Lenovo Chromebook duet 11, I had accidentally dropped my laptop and it fell on it's screen. It would turn on but it would only diplay a black bright screen, I contacted Michael for the first time to see if he could fix my problem. He showed up and was very kind! He observed my laptop and figured out the problem. It was just a display cable that had become loose, and he fixed it immediately! Best Buy and other places wanted me to pay almost $200 and it would've taken 2 weeks to get back to me, and Michael did everything under 30 minutes and was $90, I greatly appreciate!

Once again, Michael to the rescue! This time I needed help fixing another laptop that I couldn't access my files or apps and it was moving so slow I couldn't use it.
