I can't say enough great things about Michael and the incredible service he provided! I have a Lenovo Chromebook duet 11, I had accidentally dropped my laptop and it fell on it's screen. It would turn on but it would only diplay a black bright screen, I contacted Michael for the first time to see if he could fix my problem. He showed up and was very kind! He observed my laptop and figured out the problem. It was just a display cable that had become loose, and he fixed it immediately! Best Buy and other places wanted me to pay almost $200 and it would've taken 2 weeks to get back to me, and Michael did everything under 30 minutes and was $90, I greatly appreciate!
