Military and senior discounts/estimates are hourly on big jobs and smaller job, flat rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Offer them knowledge of what is happening with there problem, and then free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with other plumbing company’s learning the trade. Big projects and small projects. Learning how to sweat copper pipes, install main line clean outs, clean drains, install garbage disposals, build p-traps configurations, install refrigerator lines, snake outside drains, install shower valves, and water heaters. The two company’s I worked for had there contracting license so I did these bigger jobs under there license., working with other guys training me.
