At our company, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises or additional sales pitches. We'll ask you a few questions to understand your needs and provide you with an accurate price quote. If you're unsure about anything, we'll work together to figure it out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our company, we understand that each customer is unique. We recognize that some customers may have more questions than others. Therefore, we are committed to providing clear explanations of our process and ensuring that you feel at ease every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Matt – Owner Matt has been in customer service since his first job at 15 and brings decades of hands-on experience to Power Vac. Before becoming owner, he worked with the company, gaining extensive expertise in cleaning commercial and residential air ducts, furnaces, boilers, and dryer vents. He is NADCA certified (ASCS) and has proudly owned Power Vac since 1998. Mary – Customer Support & Operations Mary has been with Power Vac since 1998, helping customers understand and maintain their HVAC systems. Before joining Power Vac, she worked in a hospital providing patient care and serving as a unit secretary, bringing the same attention, care, and organization to every customer interaction.
