I hired Turk Because of his outstanding experience and knowledge. I have been training with him for about 3 months now and I am already getting amazing results. He is fun, and very motivating.I am absolutely NOT a morning person but, Turk motivates me so much to wake up at 6:30 in the morning and do cardio before work. He cares about my safety and makes sure that I do the exercises correctly.We even worked out together one day which was very helpful because I got to watch him do his own routine workouts.. Turk has taught me so much already from how to do the exercises right to diet and nutrition.I have learned things that I did not know before even after taking college level health, nutrition, and PE classes. I highly recommend Turk to anyone. you will definitely get the results you are looking for with Turk.
Alison has been terrific to work with. We have used her in a few different capacities in the last 2 weeks...private chef for a dinner party, caterer for a holiday cocktail party and chef for delivered meals. Her food has been delicious, and she is really easy to work with. She is open to suggestions and will also give her opinion on what she thinks will work best depending on the event. She is quick to respond, always professional and reasonably priced. I plan on using her again and recommend you give her a try.
Taylor is a FANTASTIC trainer! She's attentive and fun, while still creating challenging workouts. She offers a comprehensive offering by monitoring your food and helping you come up with some eating guidelines, while also helping you figure out goals and work towards them. There are many positive things to say about Taylor's talent, patience and disposition! She's absolutely great.

I have trained with Felton for over 3 years. I train with him so I can be a better runner. He keeps me strong and helps me stay injury-free. With his help, I've run numerous half marathons and full marathons. He also helps me be aware of how I treat myself when I am not training. The food I eat is more diverse and overall healthier. I am a 41-year-old wife and mom who works full time, so trust me, my diet is FAR from perfect. I still go thru the drive-thru way more than I should. But Felton encourages me to take a step back and look at the big picture. Stop beating myself up for setbacks. Instead listen to my body and know that some days will be healthier than others. All my days now work together to create a more complete, happier and fitter person.
Chef Jorge at Mon Chef recently catered an event our foundation hosted at the Portland Art Museum's Whitsell Auditorium. We had approximately 40-50 guests in attendance and the food was served in an elegant buffet setting with a beautiful floral centerpiece. The appetizer offerings were unique, locally inspired, and incredibly delicious. Our guests raved about the hors d'oeuvres. Jorge is a fastidious planner and kept us informed with detailed information about the menu, costs, and site logistics as the event neared. His professionalism and thoroughness allowed me to focus completely on other elements of the event and I did not have to worry about the food service. Emily does an amazing job creating classes that are both a demonstration and hands on. They are fun, interactive and so knowledgeable! I have participated in both types of classes and everyone agrees how much fun they had, how much they learned and how great everything tasted. She is passionate about foods that are full of nutrition, taste and not difficult to prepare. You will be so excited to try her recipes and ideas. Emily loves to share her love for foods that are both healthy and creative. You won't be disappointed!

Caitlin was terrific! She wants to know your needs before she starts her interview with you, so as to focus her interview totally on what you need and are looking for in nutritional help. Her recipes are quick and very easy, and are amazingly tasty! In just two hours she prepared seven dishes with detailed information on what each food item offers as nutritional properties, and explained just how to prepare each dish. She was lively and entertaining and very professional. I look forward to her next workshop!!

I started working with Scott nearly one year ago. I wanted to work on my core strength because I was scheduled to do a 15 mile Power Walk in London and I wanted to avoid backaches and shin splints. I found my training leading up to the walk to be very helpful. When I returned from London, I decided to continue training with Scott because it had already made a big difference in my physical and overall health and well-being. Scott is great to work with and keeps things fun but challenging. I'm not a spring chicken and this program continues to serve me well. We decide together on skills and areas of focus. It seemed indulgent to have a personal trainer, but it is worth every bit of investment in myself. I now view it as an essential service to maintaining my health for the long run.
I trained with James and dropped 10 pounds and down to 8% body fat which is hard for a girl to get to . James steady and patient and focuses a lot on form. He wrote me an awesome nutrition plan that I wouldn't have been able to get from anywhere else. This guy is awesome!
