I work in healthcare and am responsible for our corporate and community events. I have used Angel's bakery many times, most recently she landed our Medicare LOB to roll out their 'treats' at their events. We use her diabetic line of muffins and CHEESECAKE since most of our population have blood sugar/diabetic issues Last year she produced 250 diabetic cheesecakes for our Valentines Day lunch and they were so good that folks didn't know they were sugar free - all of her products taste so good. We are going to have Angel do our St. Patricks day lunch 2015, too! Angels Bakery is Timely, Honest, and deliver great tasting product with a high level of professionalism--right down to the packaging. I will continue to use Angel as my supplier of baked goods and highly recommend her to all of my clients and friends.

Makes the best carrot cake. Also, made my grandchildren their birthday cakes. Perfectionist is an understatement! Very pleased with every aspect of her and her service! Ordering more cakes soon, wouldn't use anyone else!! Thank you!

I order my cakes from Angel's House. Her cakes are awesome. Always on time, and pretty much affordable. Very tasty too. You guys should try it, you will be amazed by how good and tasty they are.

Angel Flores made my wedding cake back in July. The weather was very hot, Angel made sure it didn't melt. She made my cake diabetic for those family members who are diabetic, you really couldn't tell. My cake was made to match my announcements purple and blue. I plan on using Angel for all my baked goods . She has very reasonable prices. I had many different cake pans to chose from , almost couldn't desiderate which one. My family thought we bought it at a bakery, felt good to introduce her to them. Angel you made my day perfect.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was 14 years old and walked into a cake shop looking for work. I was asked if I knew how to decorate. I said no but I was willing to lean. The lady showed me how to make a rose and then asked me to make one. I tried, it looked sloppy, but she hired me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who will listen to your needs. Make sure they are giving you what you want, not what they want to give you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Just how much I enjoy what I do. I really am obsessed with creating beautiful cakes. Making people say wow! When I can't sleep, I decorate cakes in my mind.
