- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically operate on a fixed price contract. Invoices will be sent via Quickbooks and you can pay by check or online with a convenience fee (typically $25 for large payments).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free initial consultation calls and site visits. If it seems like I would be a fit for you in terms of pricing and personalities then I request a deposit for pre-construction services (if necessary) before presenting a construction contract. At contract signing I request a 40% deposit before beginning work on large projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the remodeling industry in the Portland area for 14 years, both as a carpenter and doing sales, design, estimating and project management. I started my own business in 2025 to offer great quality and excellent service to clients at more affordable prices. I am also an Earth Advantage certified Sustainable Homes Professional.
