I am a chef/food and beverage executive with over 30 years of hotel, convention center and restaurant experience doing weddings, corporate events, class reunions, intimate dinner parties from six to over 500, barbecues, company and private events. There is no event that is too big or too small. Each event is custom designed better than you hoped for, at or below your budget. There are no set menus. We are large enough and with the experience to pull just about anything off, yet small enough to try just about anything. So, let's chat and go over the details of your event.
