I had Alex and GeorgeWorks replace our front porch with ipe wood. His estimate was very reasonable and the quality of work was superb. He was prompt and professional in his communications and he and his father were able to complete the work in one day. I noticed that removing and replacing the existing framing wasn't necessary, it could have been used again (a lesser contractor may have)--Alex on the other hand, not only replaced it, but did so with a better quality wood because it was the prudent thing to do considering the predicted longevity of the ipe wood. Thank you! Also missing from the existing deck was flashing--some contractors would opt to leave it that way when replacing the porch, but Alex decided to install a good quality flashing, again, without changing his original estimate. I very much enjoyed working with Alex. He is friendly, professional, uses high quality materials and he and his father take pride in their work--rightfully so! I'm loving our beautiful new porch.

Hi - I asked Alex for some advice for resurrecting an older cedar deck; he came out (arrived on time), took the measurements, told me exactly what he recommended. He pressure washed, sanded and stained/sealed the entire deck, including railings, benches and also replaced some boards. He was able to start work almost immediately and finished the project in 2 days - and it looks great. He left the work area clean and tidy and was always extremely polite and professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and his services.

I had Alex install a new section of wooden privacy fence, with a gate, to enclose a yard. I cannot say enough about how professional, friendly, and super competent Alex was. He surveyed the neighborhood to suggest a gate style that fit well with my neighbors. He performed all work exactly as described, right on time. Price was best of the quotes I got as well!
