Introduction: I come from a western medical background, and I have been in practicing traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) since 1993. As I have matured as a healer, my spiritual path has led me to more holistic forms of healing and being. In my private practice, I keep an open mind and stay abreast with the modern applications of this ancient healing art. Having a strong background in western medicine, I am naturally curious concerning the relationship between Eastern and Western medicine, and seek to understand how they can complement each other. I am part owner of a healing arts center called Opening To Life. I maintain my private practice in this beautiful building on the NE side of Portland, accessible from I-84 and I-5. It is my treatment practice preference to schedule only one person at a time. By doing so, this creates an opportunity where you can be fully heard and where you will receive my undivided attention. This time, intensive arrangement reflects my deepening commitment to this healing art.
