I scheduled Tama for a home staging consultation. She was very creative and professional and had awesome ideas for my house. Although I didn’t end up hiring her for the staging job at this time due to my limited budget, I would absolutely use her services in the future. I appreciate her communication and professionalism.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to bid a flat rate but I’m flexible and have worked with an hourly rate as well. My hourly rate does not reflect the cost of materials/supplies/furniture
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation, planning, execution. I like to see the space in person and get a feel for my clients style and overall vibe. After the initial consultation I create a proposal based off of my clients specific needs. Upon proposal approval I begin, laying out the space, sourcing materials and furnishings, and coordinating and build out necessary.
