A representative from this business (Mario) scheduled a meeting at one of my rental houses in SE Portland at 3:20 pm today for a quote. I specially told him NOT to go on to the property as until I arrived as I have female renters at the house and not to disturb them.
When I arrived I found him on the front porch talking with one of the women renters at her door. He apparently rang the doorbell and for some reason was talking to her.
I motioned him to come down to the sidewalk to speak with me. I confronted him as to why he ignored my request. He then just shook his shoulders and walked away to his company pickup.
One of the renters contacted me after this and wanted to know why I did not give them warning and why he disturb them.

When homeowners have no soliciting signs up, it means just that...Please let your employees know this and have the courtesy to abide with the homeowners wishes.
