I really enjoyed working with Paradise Hardscapes. They were able to give a quote the same day and get us on their schedule quickly. We love how our backyard looks now because Paradise Hardscapes does high quality work (see the pictures below)! Our project was to pave our entire backyard and side yard around raised beds we had already installed. They were accommodating when we asked for changes to the original plan. Paradise Hardscapes recently completed a backyard project for us and it turned out great. We had a sloped backyard and needed a retaining wall. We got quotes from several companies and these guys impressed us the most, and were competitively priced. I was very impressed with how responsive they were throughout the process. Kept us involved, gave us different ideas and options. It was very easy to get a hold of Jose via text or call. We hope to use them for future projects!

Jose and team at Paradise did a phenomenal job on my irrigation system, could not recommend them highly enough! They added sprinklers and a drip system to my front yard, a new smart watering system and fixed my drip system in the back. Their bid was very fair and they were SO QUICK! Added bonus that I could barely tell that they had taken up part of my lawn to add the sprinklers...true magicians!

I had high hopes for this company. I thought that Jose was nice, seemed interested in the work and willing to offer ideas. But when it came to follow through and responses...horrible. A terrible experience. Jose did not follow through on his commitments and in my efforts to receive the information or a simple answer...nothing. I went so far as asking, "Do you want this project?". Nothing. Being responsive is professional, and it's one of the most important actions that a business can take with a client. No answer is not an answer, but it certainly speaks to character. I cannot with good conscious give a rating higher than one star.
