Embody Life Coaching

Introduction: My work as a Life Coach stands out because I've lived a lot of what it is I'm coaching around with my clients. I've struggled with my own relationship to food and positive self-image; I have an MFA in theater and understand the pull of performing arts vs. a more "regular" life; I believe in showing up as a Life Coach as a "real person" and not a slick professional who believes she knows more than the client. I believe the client always knows more than me--I am there to learn and reflect the fact that my clients are, already, "talented, resourceful and whole." I get to work with all different people focusing on a wide array of objectives. I've worked with students, actors, non-profit employees; I've worked with single and married clients, career-changers, those wanting a healthy & grounded relationship to food and their bodies, and clients considering international moves. The variety--and the personal breakthroughs I get to witness along with my clients--are what I love most about what I do.
