Introduction: You can expect a 75-minute session focusing on the whole body. I believe that in a full-body session we can accomplish more ease, comfort and healing in your body to then walk taller, lighter and with less stress. I can also use time to focus on an area of concern. Also, I like to use hot stones and hot towels in my therapy sessions as well.
I like helping people feel better. I also love the health benefits of massage therapy. People will walk a little bit more consciously and with more body awareness.
