- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a wellness membership discount for clients who meet in my studio monthly. Clients who request we meet in their preferred location pay an additional fee for the travel and set up time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a new client will reach out to me through this app or through my website. We will discuss the purpose for scheduling and agree on the best time to meet. At the appointment I will accommodate temperature checks and provide forms to fill out before we begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed an associates of arts before attending massage school. For continued education credits, I've expanded my knowledge to being certified in manual ligament therapy, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage and somatic balancing. I am also CPR certified.
