- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, currently I'm studying to be certified as a Health Coach through American Council on Exercise (ACE). It requires a degree and is one level above personal trainer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Obesity, Cancer and wellness, Strength training, Counseling, Many kinds because I am trained in Emergency, Physical Therapy, Fitness, Counseling, Nutrition, Business and Research.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Many... My favorite was training a lady with Scoliosis and she was able to leave her brace behind.
