Personal Chef

I wouldn’t change a thing about my interactions with Sage and Linda. Professional, personable, responsive and the food was delicious. My choices were all interesting and creative and the final meal was outstanding. I will be telling my friends about Sage and they will definitely be my first call if I’m looking for a personal chef in the future!

What a joy it is to try all of the great tasting and healthy family meals prepared by Linda and Mimi with such care and professionalism. Our family is very grateful to have found such a wonderful team to guide us in our journey to eat healthier together.

Working with Mimi was amazing! I have an irregular retail schedule and she was able to work around it with ease. I don't live in the same state as her so we spoke on the phone throughout the session and afterwards she emailed me a summary of our phone call, along with her final conclusions, meal plan for the week, and my personal goals. Mimi was recommend to me by my doctor after I was diagnosed with gastrointestinal issues and she worked with me as we delved into recipes and mindful eating. My work/life balance isn't great and she gave me advice on quick, healthy meals that wouldn't take up too much time or break the bank. My new diet is very restrictive and she was googling recipes while we were on the phone. If a dish sounded yummy but didn't fit into my new lifestyle she was there to offer alternatives and edited it to my taste. She even offered recipes of her own! She also helped me realize that eating isn't a burden which has been a big pain point for me since my diagnosis. She is an amazing coach, has helped me with delicious recipes and has taught me about mindful eating, and I couldn't recommend her enough!

Initially, I came to Mimi to address chronic fatigue and weight-loss and the result has really taken me by surprise. Not only do I feel stronger and more at home in my body, I also learned that I have a serious allergy that has been responsible for so many issues including chronic belly aches, break-outs, fatigue, and moodiness. In working to figure out what foods work for me, I no longer have those mid-afternoon energy meltdowns, I sleep better, and my skin has cleared up. Mimi also strategized a realistic exercise routine that has allowed me to build muscle and eliminate the flab. I just wanted to feel taut and strong and Mimi provided the tools and accountability to succeed. It's hard to quantify "feeling like your optimal self" but I find it easier to wake up every day, live the day sans pain, and sleep better at night (literally and figuratively), which is in stark contrast to how I lived and functioned before I started working with Mimi."
