Working out with Constance has changed my life. I was pre-diabetic, suffer from migraine and I always hurt the bottom of foot for years. I started to train with Constance since March 2019 and I felt so much better. She taught me everything on core, strength training and cardio. I finally feel stronger, healthier and bottom of my foot is not hurting anymore. In my 30s I realized how important it is to workout the right way, I have had more trainer in the past but Constance is absolutely the best trainer I had. She understands your body, and help getting the best result from working out. Training with her is part of my routine now, it keeps my mind and my health in good shape. Constance is an incredible personal trainer. She is currently helping me recover from a back injury and get back to more athletic and strenuous exercises. I couldn't be more grateful! She takes a highly intelligent and personal approach to fitness training - always finding new, fun, dynamic exercises to challenge my body, yet that are safe for my back. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?+ Individual sessions: $70/session/hour + Semi-private sessions (no more than 3 people at a time): $45/session/hour + Remote Coaching: $195/month flat rate
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first meeting is a complimentary consult which covers answering your questions and gathering information on medical history, lifestyle, current fitness level and goals. This consult is in person to assure compatibility as well as making sure you are comfortable with the training space. We will eventually go through a physical assessment to evaluate the way your body moves so we can take the necessary steps in moving forward to create an individualized program for you.
