You get individualized programs that take your body and your medical history into account. I weigh you in on a special scale every week that records your fat and muscle. This way, we can be sure that you are gaining muscle, a key to good health. RAPID weight loss is possible only by losing water, fat, AND MUSCLE, but this is dangerous and not sustainable. The Fitness Difference makes sure you build health, not just lose weight. I love the fact that I get to help people change their lives for the better! It is truly a joy to see people transform right before my eyes. And this transformation isn't just the weight loss and fitness, but a whole new outlook on life.

Tonya is great to work with. First, my schedule had to be flexible and she has been extremely accommodating. She has made every weekly workout different, keeping things from getting boring. She has a strong knowledge base in both training and diet, she is always prompt, curtious and professional and most importantly, I see and feel results! I would highly recommend her.

Tonya is great! I couldn't be happier! I've been wanting to work out for a couples years now, but just couldn't find a gym that I liked let alone the motivation to go, but with Tonya, well how can I argue... She comes to me! She is very knowledgable and experienced and I trust her to get me in shape, looking good and feeing healthy! Best money I've spent in a long time!

I am extremely satisfied with Tonya -- she is great! She changes up the work out every week so there is no chance for my muscles to get used to the work out, she is always exactly on time, and she has a lot of suggestions on diet as well. I am very pleased!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    A single one-hour session is $69. The 4-session package is $248 (a 10% discount). The 8-session package is $469 (a 15% discount). The 16-session package is $883 (a 20% discount). And, we've added a 24-session package due to popular demand. You get 24 sessions for only $1242 (a 25% discount). If you are interested in any of the multi-session packages, you get a free, no-obligation consultation up front.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Every two years, I complete continuing education credits in order to maintain my certification. These courses are important to me because I want to make sure I have as much knowledge as possible. Of course, I'm always learning, seeking out information day to day.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Be ready to do some real work. We don't offer, in fact we discourage, short-cuts like meal replacements. These gimmicks only hurt your body in the long run. A healthy body needs healthy food and rigorous exercise.
