- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per square foot, degree of dirtiness, difficulty accessing the area, and time it takes to setup and break down. As you add more services there will be a discount of 10%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I need to visually inspect the area for access to water, how much dirt, algae, and moss is present on the surfaces. I need to determine the square footage of the area I'm going to be cleaning. After that, I will create an estimate for the customer to approve and once approved we can setup a date and time that works best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in the trades working as a low volt electrician and started pressure washing on my own time. I developed an interest for it as there is a lot to learn and it's very satisfying to clean a dirty surface.
