Pressure On Power Washing did an outstanding job pressurewashing our concrete stairs and pathways. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary largely on sizing(I know it seems like a no brainers, but its missed constantly). Its tough to give a price just off of the very minimum information that ThumbTack gives through the opportunity tab. It's much easier to actually talk about the area and give a price that way
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like meeting with the customer, but I understand that many people dont have that sort of time. So what I do is introduce myself and my work, then I give a remote rough quote. If price is agreed upon, we come out and do the work! It's just as simple as that!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this for about 3 years on my own driveway and friends/family. They have always loved it and then it took off from there. I also recently took a training with a local company to solidify my skills.
