Shona Buys Houses is a Division of Cedar & Porch Investments LLC owned locally by Shona Lepis. Shona owned a design and creative agency with her husband for over 20 years before transitioning to real estate full time.
Shona has been a resident of N Portland for over 16 years, with her husband, Michael, and two school-age young kids, “Cookie,” a sweet golden retriever, and tuxedo cat. Shona enjoys cooking, spending time with family, collecting plants, and working out. On a typical weekend, you might find her at our local farmers market, checking out a yard sale, or building a lego set. She is active in her children’s school PTA as the communications director. Shona believes in being part of the St. Johns community and providing beautiful, affordable housing.

I stayed in the N Clarendon Property for 6 months, December 2020 through May 2021. It was our first experience renting, and we could not have asked for a better landlord to do it with. Shona was very communicative throughout all the different processes that come with renting. She was a prompt communicator during the house search and signing paperwork, and worked with us through the problems that occurred while touring a property virtually. Upon moving in the house was clean and all the appliances were relatively new and worked perfectly. Maintenance and any issues with the house were dealt with quickly and well. The move out process was equally smooth and I could not be more thankful to have rented from Shona.
