- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our brokerage requires a 6% commission on all listings. Depending on the circumstances discounts can apply. I cover all marketing costs and photography.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to have a meeting at the office to review client expectations and search criteria. If I am working with a seller I prefer to set up a consultation at the sellers home to walk through and then I prepare a price report which I like to present in our office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Merchandising Management. I was a designer for 15 years and product manager for 7. I am organized, professional and timely. Time is of the essence.
