Very professional and communicative. We specifically asked for special anti-slip paint for our deck and stairs and Jose helped us decide on our colors and used the strongest paint available. They also really worked with our schedule and came out on days when it made sense for both of us. Overall, I highly recommend A New Vision. Especially because they definitely prioritize making sure you are 100% satisfied with the job before they leave."See more

Jaime was excellent to work with! He was prompt, dedicated, and flexible. Jaime did an incredible job installing luxury vinyl plank flooring and repainting our upstairs interior. Additionally, I had a few small projects around the house that Jaime was able to take care of while working on these larger renovations. Lastly, we had some issues getting materials from the company I bought the flooring from and Jaime was patient, and went the extra mile to pick up the flooring. His estimates were very accurate and I felt like his pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. I plan to work with Jaime in the future and will continue to seek his services. I recommend him to anyone interested in quality work at a great price.

Imagine being a new homeowner and in less than a year you have a major flood in your house. That happened to us! We were left homeless for 3 months due to the damage. Dealing with the insurance company, adjusters, contractors and having to rehome our cats while our dog adjusted to every hotel we got sent to, it was extremely stressful. Then I reached out to Luis... he brought so much peace into our lives and we are so thankful we found him. He talked to insurance, dealt with the adjuster, gave a fair and timely estimate and got started, piecing our home back together. He also helped us reimagine our home and was so patient with us as my husband and I would go back and forth debating on paint colors and types of knobs for the cabinets. The whole experience with Luis, his employees and the vendors he suggested made the potential nightmare of renovation and repair a dream. We truly are living our dream as we walk on our new flooring, make memories in our open kitchen that can fit all of our family members and walk into our bathrooms. We'll forever be thankful to My Home Improvement LLC and we'll be using him for all our future home updates. You should too!
