FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing because every job and every product produce different situations. I learned years ago that if you try to set standard pricing, things come up that change the price and customers are never happy with that. I like to see the job and measure the project myself and when I give my bid that is my price the only change comes if the customer changes the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Its very important to come see the project to not only get proper measurements but also to get an idea of the new customers style. We work with the customer to get the style, service and results that will make new customers happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in flooring and design over 20 years. I learned how to install by multiple installers some that I learned a lot from and some that I learned what not to do from. I have installed for multiple stores, designers and contractors.
