Brett did an awesome job on a rushed carpet install for my townhouse I'm putting up on the market. He was flexible in meeting me in the evenings, outside business hours, to look the home and take measurements. He was open and transparent with me regarding the cost of different types of carpet and carpet pads, and he made great recommendations to keep me under budget. The whole house was completed on time and the final result looks amazing! I can't recommend him enough, and I'll be using him in the future on any flooring projects.Jul 1, 2016Verified
Brett was able to pull off an amazing job on very short notice for us. We are selling our house and needed to replace all the carpet in the house. He suggested a custom design for our stairs that really added a unique and elegant look. Even our agent was very impressed and thought it was a great addition! Brett is not only very talented but also a very down to earth, kind man. I can't wait to get the keys to our new house so we can have Brett come work his magic!! Highly recommended!!May 25, 2016Verified
I was lucky to get Brett Janz to install the floor for my business. He was very focused on giving me the maximum quality and was able to communicate to me the important technical aspects of the task and the options available. He has access to the best quality material for the best price! The results were superb and I will certainly hire him again.May 16, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There is no standard pricing because every job and every product produce different situations. I learned years ago that if you try to set standard pricing, things come up that change the price and customers are never happy with that. I like to see the job and measure the project myself and when I give my bid that is my price the only change comes if the customer changes the scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Its very important to come see the project to not only get proper measurements but also to get an idea of the new customers style. We work with the customer to get the style, service and results that will make new customers happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked in flooring and design over 20 years. I learned how to install by multiple installers some that I learned a lot from and some that I learned what not to do from. I have installed for multiple stores, designers and contractors.
