Introduction: Nicole Kuenzi, piano instructor at Northwest School of Music, provides quality piano instruction to students from age 3 to adult. Four years of teaching experience confirms her love of teaching and her conviction that teaching requires a combination of fun learning, encouragement, patience, and diligence towards perfection.
Teaching students who feel that reading music is difficult is an exciting challenge to her. She loves helping students fluidly move fingers across the piano, discover note/rhythm patterns, and find the joy of playing familiar tunes.
Rates are $104 per month for weekly half hour lessons at the studio. In-home lessons cost $125 for month. Prices include approximately 7 monthly master classes. Forty-five minute lessons (and longer) and group lessons are also available.

Nicole always made sure I knew exactly what I was doing, and she made lessons fun for me. She was always on time and went above and beyond to help me. I feel like I could play anything if I really tried because of her.

Nicole has taught our daughter piano for the past two years. Ashley is nine and enjoys playing the piano very much. I believe Nicole has contributed to this enjoyment by keeping the lessons low stress and yet very productive.Nicole challenges Ashley and as a result she excels at her piano skills(compared to her siblings at this age). I feel Nicole is a natural teacher working with patience and stimulation. I highly recommend her as a piano teacher.

Nicole is a wonderful piano teacher, she goes above and beyond. We highly recommend her! She is very thorough in her teaching and use of time. She is also attentive to the individuals need. Her encouragement and enthusiasm is very uplifting as she helps them grow into their talent.
