Luis R. says, "Joe was awesome! Came out and checked my entire place out for any possible issues aside from the one that I originally called him for. Needed the main line run from the city meter to the back of the place because it was completely rusted line burst underground. He came with his crew, ran complete new lines from the front of the house to the back and setup my cold throughout my house with new piping and even added 2 shut off valves my property never came with. Even found that the water meter was leaking at the city side so even closing the water off to my property, some water was still coming through. Something I need to report to the city to come out and fix. Explains why my water bills were always so high. He was very professional, his crew was awesome and he took care of everything for me in a day. I'm so impressed with his work and professionalism that I will be higher him again later this year to replace my water heater and all hot lines on my property so I won't have to worry about anything for years to come. I highly recommend him, he's very fast, very professional and will tell you what you might be able to fix yourself to save money. Honorable person to be looking to save his customer's so more money. But, before David came out, we just knew that water pooled under the dryer and the water line break could be anywhere. David assessed the leakage, found the broken pipe and a corroded pipe. He was very quick at replacing both pipes and had our water restored very quickly. I will use his services again when we need plumbing work done and I strongly recommend his services."See more

He spent the next 10-15min going over the plan in detail and the fix (and was kind enough to take my call later that evening when i inevitably had additional questions). Up until he arrived at our scheduled time, he made sure to keep me updated on everything. He completed the fix in a timely manner and went the extra mile to have the city send us a new water meter.
