Introduction: Music theory is fun!
I tutor music theory at levels ranging from beginning middle school to advanced college undergraduate level. This includes aural skills, solfeggio, sight-singing and a custom curriculum that's tailored to each individual student.
I have my own books and don't require the student to purchase anything but time, as I provide my own exercises. Having an instrument on hand can help students, as it provides a direct link from the abstract rule to the concrete sound, but it is not required.
