We have seen great improvement with our puppy thanks to Molly, our Great Dane has been leash reactive and would not listen to us when there were other dogs around. she has shown huge improvement and we are very happy with the training that both we and our dog received. I totally recommend her services.
Kari from Critters is absolutely amazing. She is matter of fact, patient, and intuitive. She was able to "read" our dog, a stubborn 200 pound Newfoundland, and interpreted small signs that indicated why he was unwilling to go in the car. In less than 45 minutes, she had him going in and out. Half of the battle is undoubtedly training the dog owners, and she did that, too, with grace, patience, and professionalism. Really great service, worth much more than we paid.
Was very prompt in setting up an in home demo and we feel confident in their skills!
She took great care of my dog Gilly
Haley is wonderful! My new shelter dog is so, so anxious and we were lost before Haley. She has given us the tools to help him adjust and train him into becoming the family dog he wants to be. She is respectful and sensitive to him and our family. I would recommend her to anyone!!
I would recommend Brenda for dog training. Her rates are very reasonable and she does the fair thing if time adjustments are needed. Brenda was patient and accommodating to our schedules. We'll be using her again as our puppy continues to grow and needs follow-up lessons or advanced lessons. Our puppy loves Brenda and gets very excited to see her when she comes for training. It was a win-win for us. Thanks Brenda!
My name is Christi and my Jack Russel/Besenji's name is Chance. I was on the verge of having to give him up due to his aggression towards all other things that move! He was EXTREMELY reactive towards other dogs in particular and I saw my hope dwindling before my own eyes as method after YouTube video after random piece of advice failed each and every time. As my frustration grew my efforts declined and I came to the point where I was reluctant and even on the scared side every time I had to walk him. After a run in with another dog that went particularly horrible I decided that enough was enough. I began combing the internet for dog training in my area and I focused on finding a "board and train" program so that I could get a break from his craziness and reset my patience stores! After a bit of searching I came across Thumbtack and sent out my cry for help hoping it would be heard by someone willing to take Chance's issues head on. I included my new 5 month old Border Collie, Bella in the request hoping to get them both on the same page with obedience training. I received three estimates, two of which I considered. The first was from a Portland group with "satisfaction guaranteed" as their main focus. It sounded nice enough until I saw the price they quoted me! For two weeks of "board and train" for both Chance and Bella they wanted... wait for it... $3,500!! I quite literally fell out of my computer chair when I read the news. That being the first quote I received, naturally I decided to hold out and see what else could be out there. Soon after, I got a new quote from nite-walkerglow.com (aka Cynthia Thompson). She gave it to me straight in her messages telling me that two weeks will be a good START and that I would need training just as much, if not more than the dogs. Besides being realistic and down-to-Earth, Cynthia's price quote compared to my other option was ridiculously kind and reasonable! She asked for $350/dog and after further discussion she offered and we settled on $300/dog since I was bringing two in, one right after the other. From the very beginning Cynthia expressed a genuine desire to help my dogs as well as me. She understands the joy in finding a balance between owner and dog and supports that search with 100% effort and dedication. Her home/work place provides comfortable kennels as well as a large grass area to play/train and she also has a huge indoor arena that she uses when Oregon's weather shows its true colors. After Chance's two week stay and 3 lessons with me I have brought home my dog having a whole new outlook and restored hope in his recovery. His first day home I had him out on a training walk and a small child ran by with her little dog and after just one small correction, Chance simply stood and watched them run on by! I was and am still amazed at his progress and am forever thankful to Cynthia for helping me get on the right track. She has a true gift and, in addition to getting Bella sent out there soon, I will be going back for individual lessons to see just how far we can push them both towards happy and obedient members of doggy society! Thank you Cynthia, for everything!♥
Kymber began working with our dog Otis a couple months ago. Before meeting Kymber, Otis was extremely timid and lacked much confidence around other dogs. These personality traits definitely impacted his obedience in the house as well. Throughout our training, we worked on creating environments that would allow Otis to gain confidence and let his true personality shine. The result has been a much more confident, obedient, and happy dog. We could not be happier with the progress Otis has made and would recommend Kymber to any dog owner who needs some training help.
Our experience working with Jamie to help train our dogs has been excellent. She involves the entire family and worked very well helping our kids work with the dogs. Her approach and techniques have been very effective with our dogs, especially our rescue. We highly recommend Jamie for any dog training assistance and will continue to have her work with our family for future dog training.

Bringing our Shiba inu to Holly was the best thing we ever did. We were at our wits end and didn't know what to do with her aggression. Holly took her in and treated her like her own with love and she has never been better! She listens, places, sits, comes, everything. We can have her around company and finally a real part of our family. Wouldn't have made it without Holly. She kept is updated and assured that she was greatly cared for when we did to want to let her go, well my boyfriend. :) best trainer out there! Do what's best for your family!!

I feel I need to chime in on Kendra's innate ability with boarding animals. To say Kendra is good with pets is an understatement. Kendra goes the extra mile with each creature she comes in contact with; she has an animal rescue kit in her van just in case she comes across an animal in need! A few summers ago, I had a temporary job take me out of state for a month and couldn't take my cat with me. Frantically, I tried to think of a caregiver who would put up with my temperamental feline friend. My cat is not really a "people cat" and prefers not to be touched by anyone other than me; I was truly panicked about finding a place for her. Somehow my kitty was relaxed and at ease while purring and sitting on Kendra's lap only within a few short minutes of reaching the house (not something I have ever seen). Needless to say, all of my worries were put at ease immediately. If your loved one needs a place to stay, look no further! Kendra's compassion, openness and knowledge of dogs, cats, and other furry or feathered friends will amaze you.
