I am the pastry chef at the Country Club of Waterbury where I am featured on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday night dinner menu for plated desserts as well as wedding cakes on-site for guests and custom orders for club members.
I have decided to branch out and offer my services to the public as well. Everything I produce through Custom Sugar is made on-site at the Country Club of Waterbury in the state-of-the-art kitchen. I offer a large variety of custom sweets from wedding cakes and birthday cakes to handmade truffles, fresh fruit tarts, eclairs, cookie party platters, french macaroons, etc.
