Introduction: Some teachers are very strict and some teachers choose not to teach anything except for what the students asks for. In my experience, sometimes students don't know what they want right away, so I try to teach theory and level-appropriate songs by default, but I'm happy to branch off into other things that a student wants to learn. I love working with students who come to our lessons excited to show me what they've worked on for the week!
