Able to assess the level of skill in the participants. Very gentle manner about her and high level of experience. I would not hesitate to recommend her as an instructor.
I had a great experience with Hailey as my yoga instructor. She was very professional and did an excellent job explaining the different moves/how to do them. The whole set had a very nice flow, it was easy to follow which was nice because it allowed me to focus and not get distracted.
