Had Optim Air USA come out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent, and I’m glad I did. They showed up on time, got right to work, and were professional the entire time. My dryer vent was seriously clogged, and they didn’t rush it. They made sure everything was fully cleared out and safe before wrapping up. You could tell they take pride in doing the job properly. They also took the time to explain what they were seeing and gave me some useful tips moving forward, which I appreciated. Overall, solid service and good people. Im very appreciative and would definitely use them again.

From the moment I submitted a request for a quote-dryer vent cleaning to the day of service, they have been wonderful to work with. When I submitted my request for a quote for dryer vent cleaning; Kathleen responded with a detailed explanation of the service in addition to providing pricing-which was very affordable. It was helpful for me to understand what to expect the day of service because this was my first time having my dryer vents cleaned. Upon scheduling, I was informed that the earliest date available was three weeks away. Kathleen could sense the urgency in my voice and noted to contact me if anything opened up. The next day, Kathleen contacted me to inform me that Tommy & Chase could come out that day since they were in the area. We worked out the timing and the guys arrived promptly as discussed. Upon entering my home, they wore shoe coverings. The entire process took about 30 minutes. And the dryer vents were cleared. They did a AWESOME job!! Both Kathleen & Tommy are passionate about providing service to their customers. It shows because they took the time to educate me on the importance of air duct & dryer vent cleaning. I will be sure to call Optima Air when I’m ready for service again.

My experience with Optim Air USA far exceeded my expectations! Tom, the owner, and one of his employees came to my house to clean out my dryer vent & ducts. Tom took time to explain everything to me in detail as this was the first time having this service completed. Not only did they do amazing work with my dryer vent & ducts, but Tom also solved a major problem I had been having for months in my house & gave me some very important info relating to my issue that will benefit my house going forward. I will DEFINITELY be using them again in the future.

Dryer vents cleaned at the time of duct cleaning services are $79.95 ground floor vent, $99.95 2nd floor vent & $139.95 3rd floor or roof vent. Dryer vents only are $109.95 ground floor, $129.95 2nd floor & $189.95 3rd floor & roof vents.
