Jake cuts my grass and does snow removal for me. He is extremely professional and very prompt. It is great to have someone so reliable. Also, he applied mulch and edged my flower beds this past Spring. The edging was the best I've ever seen. I'm very pleased with his work ethic.

I hired Iron Run Lawn to do routine grass cutting. I am somewhat satisfied with the service that I received throughout the past summer/fall. My lawn always looked nice from the street, but a lot of the finer details were looked over. I do not think that much trim work was done given that I usually had to go back over quite a few spots myself, including the weeds/grass coming up through the sidewalk in front of my house. I also have two small hills in my back yard that were frequently looked over. As I said, in general, the lawn looked fine from a distance, but not as much up close. I would have to say that my biggest complaint is the very inconsistent scheduling of when my lawn would be cut. I was never sure when they were going to come. Some weeks, I was out of town and upon returning home, I could not tell if they had been there or not. Other weeks, it seemed like they came once, then soon again right after. I just wasn't sure when they came and when they did not. That made it very difficult for me to trust that was paying accurately. In the end, I back paid what the balance on my account, but I will not be moving forward with service next year. I need a firm schedule so I know when to expect the service to be completed.
