Frank and Robin were wonderful to work with. Frank put several vents in the roof of our new house (which previously had almost no ventilation) so that we could put in our whole house fan. They did an excellent job and the vents look great! They also have very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them and I'd hire them for future jobs.
Jason Installed electrical outlets in my bedroom and attic. He was able to snake wire through 100 year old walls along with improving my overall electrical system. I will definitely have Jason back for more work in the future. Thanks
From within the first few minutes of seeking a contractor for my electrical needs I knew Josh was the perfect fit. He answered my inquiry within minutes and showed up about 3 hours later on his way home. He was very knowledgeable and insightful. He explained each step of the process and was always accessible in a timely fashion if we had question. I was equally impressed with his devotion to his family. His estimate was fair and very reasonable. He finished quickly, even after a equipment rental issue! I was so happy with his work that I recommended him to a coworker who needed a whole house wire job.
John is a really wonderful electrician. I requested a bid on a Wednesday and he was able to come out that afternoon and look at the work I needed done. He installed a ceiling fan that I had purchased in a bedroom, replaced the broken window mounted attic fan and installed a new temperature control, and put in a new bathroom fan where there was no existing fixture. He was prompt both when he gave the estimate and when he arrived to do the work. I was on a tight schedule because I was having plumbing work done too and he was able to fit me in. He was also very neat and cleaned up and vacuumed all of dust and dirt from cutting a hole in my ceiling. I will definitely hire him again. He even took some time when he was finished to look at some other issues and talk about potential solutions. His price was fair, accurate, and he delivered the estimate and invoice via email.
I hired this company for my parents crumbling home and there isn't a job that they cannot do! They have fixed their garage door, ceiling fans, installing toilets to even the piping! They are currently fixing their gutters and roof! Soon will be fixing their front stairs! They have been truly a blessing to my family! Thank you Wendell and Sunny you guys are the best and I know my parents are in good hands! Your work is quality and We appreciate you!
Joe helped my husband and I disassemble a bed, move it into our basement, along with two dressers. He also assembled a new Ikea daybed and dresser set. Joe was very timely in all of his communications and had a very reasonable rate for his time. He was very meticulous in assembling both pieces and we are very pleased with the work. It would have taken my husband all weekend to put together the furniture so hiring Joe was a great decision. We would not hesitate to hire him again for additional projects.
Of all the quotes I received, Brian completed the most thorough review of my home. He completed the original work pretty quickly (original estimation 8 hours, actually spread over two days.) The original work was well done for the most part (one of the fans clicks but I was not able to return the fan to get a replacement as I bought the fan to long ago and they no longer made that model.) There was a small issue where Brian accidentally damaged part of the ceiling around the attic access. Unfortunately this issue turned into a saga that lasted more than 4 weeks. I believe if I had been more forceful and demanded that the repairs were completed as soon as possible that Brian would have done so. However I tried to be flexible which ended up leading to the long timeline for repairs. The repairs do look great and are an improvement from the original quality as Brian added extra insulation. Brian also left the extra paint for me to use on future projects. Brian is very friendly and trustworthy (I left him a key to my house.) However if there is an unforeseen issue, I would recommend setting a deadline to make sure the work is wrapped up in a timely manner.
Immediately available and affordable ceiling fan installation.
John and his son were absolutely incredible!! If you need an electrician, call him. They went out of their way to fix my problem.
Remodeled our bedroom, built new closet, tore down old walls and relocated electrical plug then added drywall. Job was done in two days and was very happy with end result!
We've used Mikes service a couple of times. First time was to install wiring to a couple of ceiling fans on a vaulted ceiling & to replace some old (1950 era) wiring. Then we used him to install new service to a bathroom. Both were done professionally. Glad we found him. Plan to use his service again.
Can't say enough. If you need electrical work done, look no further. In addition to the scheduled job, which was an attic fan, I asked them to install a bathroom exhaust fan/light. They did it in no time and for a reasonable price.
Dean came and installed 4 new ceiling fans in my home, while he was here I mentioned that I had a breaker that was tripping all the time. He was genuinely concerned about it and checked it right away, turns out the wires were singed inside, my house could have burned down at any moment but I didn't have any extra money, HE FIXED IT, he said he couldn't leave with that on his conscience, thank God for people like Dean Letcher, faith in humanity restored!
Paul did a professional job hanging our flat screen TV on the wall in our living room. Looks great with no visible wiring. He is timely, professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend Paul for any and all of your electrical projects. I will definitely hire him again.
We hired Mark to do some miscellaneous electrical work at our home. For some years now, the power in our sheds, on our carport, and our lampposts didn't work, and it was time for a change. My first impression of Mark was a good one, as he was very polite, neatly groomed and seemed very knowledgeable about his craft. He quickly got to work taking care of the other issues we needed him to look at and see what he could find out about the other "no electric" problem. At the end of the day, I was so happy to hear that he had fixed the mystery problem of the shed! How great is that? And he was even kind enough to install a new ceiling fan for me that I had previously purchased! What a nice guy! I will defiantly recommend Keystone State Electric LLC to all my friends and family, as it is good quality workmanship at a fair price.
Hanby Contracting turned my cement block basement into a beatiful living space. My family just loves it. Top notch, quality workmanship with a eye for detail. Hanby Contracting can make your ideas become reality.
We needed a new fan installed in our guest bathroom and contacted Premier Resources. Chris Plevniack and his father came out to the house the next day to assess our situation. After going into the attic, they found a number of issues that needed to be addressed. Chris showed us photos he’d taken with his phone in the attic---neither of the two bathroom fans were actually discharging outside—they were spewing humidity into the attic! In addition, there was an area of mold brewing. Needless to say this became a bigger project than we’d intended but we are very happy with the results. Chris was super responsive (by email and texting, which I really appreciated). And they were able to accommodate our need to get this work done prior to a guest coming to visit. Chris and his dad were really careful not to track any dirt into the house—they put plastic and tarps on all the carpeted and hard floor areas they would be traveling. And they cleaned up so that it was hard to tell they’d even been here! Chris kept us regularly informed of the progress during the 2+ days of work. He also gave us some good advice about other areas we might need to attend to in the future. It was easy to tell that these two guys were perfectionists and did things the right way—metal ducts instead of the flexible kind (with double insulation), venting directly out of the roof instead of through the soffits, repositioning of the fans, cleaning off the mold and sealing the wood, etc. We were also impressed with the final patching job on the textured ceiling of both bathrooms—Chris’ dad did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Premier to anyone considering any remodeling—they are pleasant, responsive, reliable and they’ll do the job right!
