They did an awesome job of laying a concrete pad (18x12) in the back of my townhouse. They got me scheduled in quickly and job was done in one day. Good pricing as well I would use them again for any future concrete projects.
My front porch was sinking into the ground and pulling away from the house, so it really needed a lot of help. Sonny from Accurate not only answered the phone right away, but was out to the house with a plan and an estimate just a day or two later. The price was good, they know what they're doing, and always kept in touch to keep us updated on the progress and any hiccups along the way. There were some additional things that needed fixed they found along the way, but were very upfront on what would be needed to fix it, the costs, or if it was something I'd be able to handle on my own with a little instruction. Accurate is proof that working with contractors doesn't have to be a nightmare, so I'll gladly be calling them again in the future. I'm very happy with the work and highly recommend them for, well, pretty much anything.
Brian signed on to help us remedy a bad situation left by another contractor. He provided professional support from the initial consultation thru completion of the job. He and his crew were polite and pleasant. You could see they truly enjoyed their work and it showed. The job looks awesome couldnt be more pleased. There is a reason why they have been voted #1 concrete contractor two years running. I would absolutely recommend Brian and Concrete FX without hesitation.
I had some cracks in my drywall and foundation issues. Bill came out first thing Sunday morning to look at my place. Not only did he fix my walls, he rebuilt my entire basement and fixed all my foundation issues!!! I had a structural engineer look at my basement and he 100% agreed with Bill's solution. Bill fixed everything for a fraction of what others wanted to charge me. Bill and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. He was receptive to all of my concerns and fixed everything within my budget. I would recommend him to anyone!!!
I would like to congratulate Duane and his colleagues on a truly exceptional job. This was a relatively small job, removing a failing wall and replacing a concrete slap (about 7'x8'ft). Duane visited our house very promptly, and noticed that beyond the problems with the wall/slab that three storm drains were blocked which my have contributed to the underlying problem. He provided a very! detailed and reasonable quote, his team performed the work over a rational time period (given weather constraints) and the result was exceptionally well done. I would like to highlight a few facets of the work which I truly enjoyed: 1: the attention to detail, while the drains were flowing, it wasn't quite fast as expected, he and his team actually worked till they found a chunk of old copper drain pipe deep in the storm drain. 2: the attention to quality, the concrete work was beautifully finished, the drains were resealed after clearing 3: the project was completed in a timely fashion. While not the only project on his books, it was completed well and in a reasonable time frame.. No long waits. Overall I was very happy with Goubeaud and Company's work and I will absolutely hire them again in the future.
Zach did a great job for us on 2 of our rental properties. We've been through 3 other contractors in the last 6 months who gave us a quote and then disappeared or did a portion of the work and then never came back. Zach was at the homes within a couple days of approving the quote and he did an excellent job fixing damaged concrete on the steps, retaining wall, and sidewalk. We will definitely be using him again in the future!
Had a huge drainage issue on a collapsed concrete patio slabs. They installed a french drain tons of gravel and 100 paver stones that I purchased from home depot. They even picked up the stones for us. The crew that did the job was outstanding and very professional. They had to remove a section of the chain link fence and when my dogs needed out they helped to keep them in the yard. I asked to save some of the concrete slabs for my grill. They even tamped a base of gravel and set the stones. Before I knew it they had the grill right there on top of the slabs of concrete. I was worried about some of the pavers rocking early on but by the time the job was done it was as solid as a rock. Thanks guys!
The guys at Level Line did a fantastic job on our patio addition. They took the time to make sure all the little details were perfect like matching shingles and siding to the exact colors of our house and finding a concrete stamp that we didn't just like, but loved! I appreciate that he enlisted other local guys from our community to do the concrete and the electrical work. That means a lot. I would recommend Level Line to anyone looking for a professional to do any upgrades or additions on their home. I know we will definitely work with him again.
Would recommend him for any concrete work. Redid my back porch.
Dino was professional in every interaction whether in person or on the phone. He always answered his phone when I called or returned my message quickly. He listened carefully to the work I wanted done (construction of concrete parking pads) and provided a timely and fair quote. While I ultimately decided to hire another contractor for the project Dino remained professional and respectful even as I communicated that I was going in a different direction for the project. I would definitely consider hiring Decano Construction for future concrete projects.
We were in the middle of renovating an investment property and got the worst news possible - there's too much water in the basement. This was far too large of a project for us to handle ourselves, and absolutely not something you want to mess around with from a liability standpoint as a seller. So we had to bite-the-bullet and have Poseidon come give us an estimate. From first contact with Dave for the estimate, we knew we called the right place. He even "sold" us on having them install the white, vinyl walls to cover the old, decrepit cement block in the basement (looks GREAT, by the way; highly recommend this). The team of men that came on the first day were SUPER courteous and left the place CLEANER THAN THEY FOUND IT. This is unheard of in my experience with contractors. Everything was broom-swept; no Gatorade bottles lying around or cigarette butts. Extremely hard workers. All the drainage, concrete work and sump-pump installation was done in one day!! The second day two different men came to install the walls and were just as courteous as the workers the prior day. They arrived around 8:30AM and didn't leave until almost 7PM and their drive was about an hour and a half home, so I have to commend them for the long hours they put into working on our job. I was around more often the second day and would stop by from time to time. Again, just genuinely courteous and happy to do the job well. I am positive if I said I would have preferred purple walls, those gentlemen would have ran out and bought purple paint and made those walls purple just to make me happy. I eventually asked them - What gives? Why do you work such long hours? And without missing a beat, they both replied: "Because we couldn't ask for a better job; we love what we do; couldn't ask for a nicer owner; he takes care of us..." You don't hear that too often from laborers. From those statements alone, it's clear that integrity runs deep within this company. OH - and the work was great too :) Hoping for a quick sale on this property now! Poseidon's lifetime warranty should make it that much easier. We'll definitely continue using Poseidon on future jobs.
Mike Morrow and his company did a large, stamped, stained concrete sidewalk for our commercial building, as well as a standard concrete sidewalk and pointing of a stone foundation. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He came when he said he would come, and he did the work exactly as described and for the price he quoted. I highly recommend Morrow Contracting.
My basement floor, size approximately 435 sq. ft., needed leveled. The floor height varied up to five and six inches toward the center. It sloped downward toward the drain in the front and back upward toward the front wall. The floor was painted concrete from at least 50 years ago, and in a few spots the concrete was slightly chipped and cracked. The rear of the basement had a slight slope but was not as drastic as the front part. I had cement contractors suggesting to break up only the front half of the existing concrete and pour new concrete. I also had another flooring contractor willing to pour the leveling compound Ardex. Cost for the Ardex job would have been $3,200, but that was for using only twenty-five 50# bags of Ardex. If I needed any more bags of Ardex, I would have to assume the cost after the first 25 bags at a cost of $60.00 per bag. I was very reluctant to do this. I found Bamm Flooring and Construction with a very good rating and called them. Tony Georgevich said he could use Quikrete Concrete Mix for leveling, as long as I covered the finished floor with either slate, ceramic or porcelain tile. Tony, Adrian and Ray did an excellent job. They worked for about two weeks from 7:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The floor still had some unevenness. However, it was 95% improved. They ended up using over 117 bags of 60# Quikrete @ $2.78/bag. I was so glad I did not use the Ardex product. After this leveling was complete, they laid the tile. This floor required 30 cartons of Brazilian Slate Porcelain. My basement floor is such an improvement that I actually love working in it now. Tony is a perfectionist and you can tell he is proud of his work. I would recommend this company for any flooring job, regardless of the difficulty. After they finished the floor, I asked if Adrian could help me unclog my gutters and insert gutter guards, which he did. Overall, I am very happy with the job that these guys did and would call on them again for flooring or other household projects.
5+Stars-This is the only contractor you ever need to hire....custom built wooden gate, bulkhead installation, masonry work, drywall...professional and competitive prices. I highly recommend this contractor!
I had some trouble with stucco on our home: Vance construction were one of the very few contractors that were certified to make the repairs. I contacted Joe Vance by phone and we made arrangements for him to give me a bid the following week. Joe and his crew were prompt, he kept me appraised of any possible problems and on the status of the repairs. Joe and his crew showed up when they said they would be here. Their work ethic was outstanding, they were very proffessional, and the quality of work was excellent. Joe and his crew always had proper tools on site and except for taking a brief lunch the crew was constantly in motion. I would and have recommended Vance Construction to friends and family. I trust Joe and his crew and in todays world that is not an easy thing to attest.
I was looking for a contractor to parge my basement wall and contacted Keith through thumbtack. I was able to talk to him immediately upon receipt of his email and schedule a next morning appointment for my job. Upon arrival, he went right to work and finished the job quickly. The work was very professional and he cleaned up at the end of the job. I thought that his charge was fair and reasonable for the service that he provided. He also let me know that he will stand behind his work if a problem would develop. I was also pleased to find out that he has others working for him that specialize in work other than just concrete and Keystone Restoration Solutions can offer these other services when I need them. I can highly recommend Keith and his company and look forward to using his services again in the future.
Pressure washing and sealing. The guy knows his product and it shows! He took the time to explain what he will be doing and why. I have aggregate and regular concrete, it he made both look fantastic! I'm having my garage floor done in the fall next, and you can be sure that he will be the contractor I call. If you want professionalism, and a great job, call Mike and Pittsburgh Driveway and Garage, you'll be happy you did!
