I've been working with Mr. Ryan for personal training for approximately two years. When I first met Bill, I was significantly overweight and could barely get through walking 15 min on a treadmill. Mr. Ryan has been dedicated to helping me reach my health & fitness goals. When we first started working together, he assessed my strengths and weaknesses and created a specific program for me. He even took the time to review my food diary with me and to make nutrition recommendations. I've lost over 100 pounds since I started training with Bill and in the last year, I completed a 5k and a Spartan Race. Having never participated in sports, I never would have thought my body was capable of these things! But, Bill encouraged me to try them in the first place & trained me to be able to complete them. He continues to motivate me to keep up my progress & I'm signed up for another 5k and another obstacle race!

Bill is one of the best trAiners I have worked with. The sessions are hard, yet fun. Also, I received incredible results after only working with bill a short time. Thanks Bill !!

Meeting Bill Ryan was the answer to my prayers. I was in a rut and wasn't happy about how I looked and was usually tired and forever procrastinating about doing exercise. I would walk and stop or watch TV exercise programs and become bored took Pilates , too costly. There was always an excuse..... Some changes in life boost ones incentive, and mine was our daughter's upcoming wedding. I needed to feel & look good, and, mostly wanted her to be proud of me I desperately also wanted to change to a lifetime lifestyle.. My nephew joined Snap Fitness and loves it, he sold me on getting up the nerve to call and find out what they were all about and then go for a visit. I told him I really wanted someone to work with me individually because I was afraid of the machine and all the requirements of working them etc. When I called Snap Fitness I spoke with Bill Ryan. He couldn't have been more friendly, polite, patient and understanding. I told him my downfall was not sticking to plans. . He said he thought he could turn my habit around by proper exercise that could boost my metabolism therefore giving me more energy and eventually help me gain a better body image and boost my confidence. He arranged an appointment and we met the following day. He made me feel comfortable instantly because of his friendliness, a great smile and caring attitude.. He is a picture of strength and is mild mannered as a kitty cat After him showing me around and what you could do per machine. I decided I liked what he had shown during my visit, what I could learn to do and what plan he had in mind for me. I knew I could benefit from this Trainer and his expertise. He instantly made me feel more energized just being in his company made me ready to build up my confidence.. I also told him I needed to ask my husband and would get back to him. In essence I told my husband I wanted to do this for me to have a better quality of life and live a long life and also for our daughters wedding in 2014. When my husband agreed to my request I made an appointment with Bill. I knew Bill took his job seriously being a Trainer. It didn't take me long to gain respect for him, therefore I was going to listen and learn because I knew his time was precious and also he had other clients that needed his assistance. I worked with him on a regular basis trying to learn the settings of the machines or the amount of weights I should use or the time it took me to get it all accomplished. Bill really helped me, always encouraging me to try again and telling me I would get better the more I did it.. He has such patience and charm, quick wit and really knows his craft. He never made me feel inadequate in any way. I did this routine on a consistent basis until Bill felt comfortable enough for me to be on my own.. Once the magic happened and finally clicked with me I felt like this was the best experience being able to show him all he taught me paid off and now I was capable of being on my own., However, he assured and there were times... Bill Ryan is a Professional Trainer a fine individual who would be a valuable asset to anyone who seeks one on one training, he's the man you need to hire.He will motivate you and make your life turnaround.. He did mine and I will always be grateful for his guidance and friendship. Thank You Bill!

Bill Ryan was my personal trainer for about 15 months. He designed a program to increase my strength, mobility, and stamina for an upcoming bicycle vacation trip. When he first came, I had rotator cuff issues from a poor trainer, and he helped heal that through building up surrounding muscles. He started with basics, which I needed, and built me up through strength training, and exercise. Bill closely observed my movements and quickly corrected any wrong position to what was the correct way to do the movement. It was very obvious that Bill has an extensive background in, and understanding of how the body moves, and how to best strengthen our bodies safely. I turned 60 during the time we worked together. I can recommend Bill without reservations as a personal trainer, for any age!
