- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to be fair and competitively priced, focusing on quality work that earns return business. If a quote ever seems off, please reach out — sometimes online listings don’t fully capture your project’s details. We’ll happily review and adjust to make sure you get an accurate, transparent price before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe trust and communication come first. From the first message to final cleanup, you’ll work directly with the owner, not a rotating crew. We don’t rush from job to job — when we’re in your home, you’re our only focus. We stay until the work meets our standards and yours. Our goal is simple: you feel confident you got exactly what you paid for, done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience is a mix of hands-on trade work and professional project management. From technical high school and years in apartment and plumbing maintenance, to a long career in technology sales, we’ve learned that attention to detail and customer communication are what make or break a project. After a personal experience with an unreliable contractor, we decided to bring those values back into home improvement — where they matter most.
