- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always stive to be competitively priced as we strive for return business. If we do provide a price that is not inline - please reach out to us, we may have mis interpreted the work outlined here on the site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Relationship and trust is paramount. We are not here to "take the money and run". We try to avoid job-hopping as it leads to sloppy work and the feeling the contractor needs to be somewhere else. When we are in you home you are the most important client we have, and do not leave until you are satisfied you got what you paid for
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of hands on experience. From technical HS through working in home repair and maintenance for plumbers/ apartment complexes, etc. I moves into corporate world for a long time selling technology until we were screwed over by a contractor. We realized then the area needs someone with ethics and customer focus. Hence our new business
