- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tend to offer quality work at more affordable pricing then other contractors as we are looking to expand our client base. We offer a cash discount of about 5% and a Veterans discount of 5%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We figure out what you're looking for on the phone, we show up on site with you and walk around to get a more in depth understanding of all the customers wants and needs to make their perfect property. We then either quote on the spot or send a quote later that night. If the quote is accepted we will go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the industry for 6+ years now, have worked for many larger companies in the area.
